This basement apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with a range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. There is backyard space that is shared with the upper apartment. The monthly rent of $1,485 includes water, sewer, trash, parking (driveway), lawn care, and snow removal. The tenants are responsible for paying electric, cable, and internet. The heat source is electric and the unit comes with a washer and dryer. Please note that there are no pets permitted in the apartment. Lease goes 8/15/2026-8/5/2027.

PLEASE NOTE: We require all units be viewed in person. All of our properties are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. We can only hold a property and stop advertising/showing the unit with applications and full security deposit submitted. There is a $50 application fee per application and each tenant needs to submit an application to be on the lease. A parental guarantor/co-signer is required for all student tenants.
