As Nittany Property Management, Inc. grows as a company, so does our team. The Nittany Property Management team currently has four full time employees. Each team member has past experience in dealing with what they handle at NPM. We continue to develop & implement new ways to help our staff provide both property owners & tenants with the customer service they deserve.
Lysse Lowe, Office Manager: Lysse is a graduate of Capella University with her BS in Accounting. She has been with Nittany Property Management since October 2011. Lysse oversees all office operations and has full knowledge of the finances for our property owners and our office. She is in charge of completing monthly statements & year-end reports for our property owners as well as entering all rents and paying all bills. Lysse received her real estate license in 2012 and works diligently to show and lease properties. She also has her notary license to accommodate our clients and the general public.
Megan Yocum, Property Manager: Megan started working part time with us in March 2012 and joined us as a full time employee in September 2012. She graduated from Shippensburg University with two BS degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. She is in charge of coordinating all maintenance requests from tenants & property owners, works with subcontractors to receive bids on large projects & the organization of our turnover. She is responsible for our marketing and advertising. Megan has her Real Estate License and works to show & lease our all properties.
Jeremy Garner, Assistant Office Manager: Jeremy joined our Nittany Property Management team in June 2014 as an administrative assistant. Jeremy has worked hard with our company and is now our assistant office manager. He helps with our day to day operations in the office. He assists Lysse with monthly statements for our owners, completes invoicing for tenants, and other various financial related tasks. Jeremy is currently working on receiving his Real Estate License and will become a leasing agent when he is licensed.
Liz Biondi, Administrative Assistant: Liz started full time with us in April 2015 as an administrative assistant. She graduated from Penn State in 2011 with a BS in Science and an Italian minor. She previously worked for Tesla Bee Supply in West Chester, PA as an executive assistant. Liz helps with the day-to-day operations of the office and works on processing tenant applications, putting together mailings, and other special projects.
